There are two great ways to support our charity and the nnu this festive season.
Our charity Christmas cards are available to buy via our Just Giving page here. We have 6 lovely designs available and every penny of the proceeds goes directly to supporting our work on the nnu.
You can also spread a little Yuletide joy to all babies, families and staff who will be spending Christmas at the neonatal unit this year by supporting our Christmas campaign.
This Christmas we will be providing festive food for families and staff on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and offering Christmas Lunch at the hospital’s Lanesborough Restaurant for any parent or sibling that wishes to eat there that day.
We give books to all babies on Christmas Eve, filled stockings on Christmas Day and little gifts to siblings. Staff working over the period are not forgotten, and are all given gifts.
As ever, we fund the sparkle, Christmas trees and decorations that adorn the neonatal areas from early December.
- £16 pays for a baby’s stocking and all the treasures inside.
- £8 pays for a Christmas lunch voucher for a parent or sibling.
- £100 pays for mince pies, satsumas, cake, chocolates, festive treats (but no Brussels sprouts!) for all working neonatal staff for one of the 3 Christmas days.
